Christmas 2013

I was thrilled and relieved to avoid labor on Christmas Eve and Christmas.  We spent the day at home together as a family (of 4) and it was perfect.

The girls woke up very early and brought a gift up to my room to open (while I lazily remained in bed).

Princess dresses from Auntie!

We spent the morning playing with our new toys and eating a very unhealthy breakfast casserole.
It's Christmas time, fa la la la!
Charlotte got a doll- the one, and only, item she asked for <3
Downstairs, Charlotte could not contain her excitement...over the gift she bought for Cailin.  Cailin absolutely loved what Charlotte picked out.  And Charlotte was equally happy with the gift Cailin picked for her.  The sisters know each other well.
What could it be?!
C2: My milk!!!!  Chocolate milk!!
This was Cailin's name tag on her milk.  All of the letters are there...just look around.
Cailin got Charlotte earrings which were apparently not photographed.

Cailin got some light reading
And a tutu.  And light up shoes (just like sister's)

For dinner, we had a special fondue night which we all enjoyed.  The girls skipped the cheese (but consumed their weight in fruit, veggies, and bread) and happily helped us with the chocolate course.
Tea time.  Again.  C1.
C2 is a little messier

Cheese, chocolate, family...what more could one ask for?
